Probation Project
- operates outreach sessions at Probation Service offices across Birmingham, mainly giving advice on debt and welfare benefits.   

South West Advice Project, Bartley Green and Quinton (SWAP)
- operates outreach surgeries from three venues in south-west Birmingham  

'MAXI' Project
- an advice/casework collaboration between BLC and social landlords

LSC Outreach Pilot – North Birmingham
- operates outreach sessions at four venues in Handsworth and Kingstanding.

Department of Trade and Industry Face-2-Face Advice Project
- provides debt and benefits advice to clients in social housing.
